Indonesia is known for exporting palm oil, and it’s one of the top producers in the world. The country also ships out coal, natural gas, and other energy products. Rubber and textiles make up another large part of Indonesia’s exports. Coffee, cocoa, and spices add strong agricultural flavor to its trade. Electronics and manufactured goods are growing in importance too. Nickel and other minerals support the country’s rapidly expanding battery-materials sector.
