What were Franklin D. Roosevelt’s biggest accomplishments in World War II?

During World War II, FDR played a huge role in shaping the Allied strategy and holding the coalition together. He worked closely with Churchill and later Stalin, forming an uneasy but necessary partnership. He helped turn the U.S. into the “arsenal of democracy,” supplying weapons long before America officially joined the war. After Pearl Harbor, he coordinated massive military expansion that eventually overwhelmed Axis powers. He supported new ideas like the United Nations to prevent future global wars. Even though he didn’t live to see victory, much of the Allied success came from plans he helped set in motion. His wartime leadership cemented his legacy as one of America’s most influential presidents.
