Beckham played mainly as a right midfielder, and he was known for his insane ability to bend the ball in ways defenders hated. His crosses were so accurate that strikers basically just had to show up in the right spot. He wasn’t the fastest player, but his technique and vision made up for it. Free-kicks were his trademark, and plenty of his goals came from those perfect curlers. He also had a crazy work ethic on the pitch, running nonstop to help both attack and defence. Teammates loved playing with him because he made everyone look better. His style made him one of the most recognisable players ever.
