A month before the US elections. What ratings do Trump and Harris have and what are they cooking against each other

Elections

The dramatic twists and turns that took place during the election campaign are enough for an action-packed blockbuster. Presumably, this is not the end, because the teams of both candidates, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, save the most interesting for the very end.

In general, the ratings of the candidates in the USA have actually leveled off. An Oct. 2 Emerson College poll shows that 50% of voters support Kamala Harris, compared to 48% for Donald Trump. One percent supports someone else, and one percent is undecided.

Polls in key swing states also show equality within the margin of error.

According to a poll by The New York Times/Siena College in Michigan, Harris gets 48%, Trump - 47%.

In Wisconsin, Harris leads Trump by 2 points, 49% to 47%.

According to the Fox News poll, in Pennsylvania, both candidates receive 49% of the vote. In North Carolina, Trump leads

Harris by a narrow margin - 50% to 49%.

At the same time, the majority of portals that, on the basis of public opinion polls, indicate the candidates' overall chances of victory, still give a slight advantage to Harris.

Candidate strategy Both candidates' strategies were on display during their Sept. 10 debate. Harris focused on emotions of joy to present herself as a new, attractive political figure. At the same time, she distanced herself from the failures of the current administration and emphasized the shortcomings of the opponent. Trump, in turn, bet on the emotion of anger and criticized Harris for failures in the position of vice president and inconsistency of messages, because on many issues she changed her mind to the opposite.

All these narratives generally persist. At the same time, both candidates continue to travel around the cities and towns of the USA and bet on their crown topics.
