You can enjoy many free activities in Louisville, including strolling through Waterfront Park, exploring Cherokee Park, or walking the Big Four Pedestrian Bridge over the Ohio River. The historic Old Louisville neighborhood offers beautiful Victorian architecture to admire. In the summer, the city hosts lots of free concerts, art fairs, and outdoor events. Even window-shopping in NuLu or the Highlands can be a fun afternoon.
