Tenerife enjoys a subtropical climate with warm temperatures year-round. Coastal areas have mild winters and hot summers, while higher elevations, such as Mount Teide, experience cooler temperatures and occasional snowfall. The island’s diverse microclimates allow for different ecosystems and vegetation. Tenerife is known as the “Island of Eternal Spring” due to its consistently pleasant weather. The climate makes it ideal for outdoor activities, hiking, and beach tourism throughout the year.
