The planned height of the Jeddah Tower is over 1,000 meters, making it the first structure to officially reach the "kilometer-high" mark. This will break the current record held by the Burj Khalifa, which stands at 828 meters. The tower is expected to have more than 160 habitable floors. Such a height requires advanced engineering to withstand wind pressure, seismic activity, and the hot desert climate. Its construction sets new benchmarks in skyscraper technology worldwide.
