Ryder Cup Schedule Adjusted Due to Weather Concerns

The 2025 Ryder Cup, scheduled to commence on September 25, has been rescheduled to begin on September 24 due to forecasts of thunderstorms and heavy rain. The opening ceremony, originally planned for Thursday, will now take place on Wednesday afternoon, with pre-show events starting at 3 p.m. and the main ceremony at 4 p.m. Ticket holders for Thursday will now have access to both days. The schedule change also affects the traditional announcement of team pairings, which will now occur separately on Thursday at 4 p.m. The adjustment aims to ensure the safety of participants and spectators while maintaining the integrity of the event.
