Who designed the Comcast Center?

The building was designed by the famous architect Robert A.M. Stern, who’s known for blending classic and modern styles. His goal was to make the tower feel sleek and timeless while still fitting in with Philadelphia’s traditional vibe. The glassy exterior reflects the city beautifully, especially at sunset. Stern’s team also focused on sustainability — the building achieved LEED Gold certification for its eco-friendly features. It uses rainwater collection, natural lighting, and energy-efficient systems throughout. Basically, it’s a skyscraper with both brains and beauty.
