Poland has a population of about 37 million people. Most Poles live in cities like Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław. The population has been declining slightly due to emigration and low birth rates. Despite this, Poland maintains a well-educated and skilled workforce. Urban areas are expanding while rural regions slowly lose population. The country is largely homogeneous, though immigration is starting to grow. Overall, Poland has a moderately sized, aging, and steadily modernizing population.
