Jagger grew up in a pretty normal household with supportive parents. He loved singing, acting, and listening to American blues records. As a teen, he started performing with friends and learning how to command a stage. He briefly studied at the London School of Economics but soon realised music was his true path. Around that time he reconnected with Keith Richards, who also loved the blues. They quickly started making music together. That friendship launched The Rolling Stones.
