You don’t need tickets to enter Griffith Observatory or walk around the exhibits. Tickets are only required if you want to see a planetarium show. These shows are very popular and often sell out. Buying tickets in advance is a good idea, especially on weekends. Same-day tickets may be limited or unavailable. The planetarium shows are educational and great for all ages. Many visitors still have a great experience without seeing a show.
