Phoenix Sky Harbor has lots of ways to skip the stress of driving and parking. The PHX Sky Train connects the airport to the Valley Metro Rail system at 44th Street, which means you can take light rail from downtown Phoenix or Tempe right to the terminals. There are also lots of taxis, rideshare pick-ups, and shuttle buses available outside both Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 for easy access. If you’re renting a car, all the major companies operate out of the Rental Car Center with shuttles running regularly from the baggage claim areas. Some people even take coaches or public buses that serve stops near the airport if they’re coming from farther out. And if you just need a quick ride over, there’s always the option of booking a car service ahead of time. All these choices give you flexibility depending on your budget and how much luggage you’ve got.
