Rogers Place has clear entry policies to help keep things moving and safe when you’re heading in for a game or show. Bags like purses must be no bigger than about 12″ x 12″ x 6″ — anything larger will be turned away at the security checks. Outside food and drinks have to be thrown out before you go through the gates, but empty soft‑sided water bottles are typically allowed in. Cameras and video equipment aren’t permitted unless the event specifically allows them, and umbrellas are usually not allowed either. Smoking and vaping are banned inside the arena, so plan accordingly before you arrive. If you need help during an event, the Rogers Place Fan Experience Team can assist you on a case‑by‑case basis. Knowing the rules ahead of time makes getting in much less of a hassle.
