Scotiabank Saddledome has security and bag rules to help maintain a safe and smooth entry for fans, and they strongly encourage you to travel light with no or small bags. Bags must be smaller than about 14″ x 14″ x 6″ and all are subject to a search before you enter, but there’s no general bag check area so anything larger will need to stay outside. Outside food and drinks, bottles and cans, coolers, skateboards, noisemakers like air horns, and weapons of any kind are all prohibited inside the arena. Laptop computers, tablets, and professional camera gear without media credentials are also on the banned items list. You’ll go through security screening at the gates, and if something isn’t allowed you may be asked to remove or surrender it. The Saddledome doesn’t allow re‑entry once you leave during an event, so bring what you need inside with you. Packing light and knowing the policies ahead of time makes entry way easier on event day.
