What’s the bag and entry policy at SAP Center?

SAP Center has security rules designed to make entry fast and safe, and while small bags are fine, there are guidelines you should know before you go. The arena recommends small bags no larger than about 5″ x 9″ x 2″ to help speed up security checks, but they can accommodate larger bags up to about 20″ x 14″ x 11″ if needed. All bags are checked at the gates, and items that aren’t allowed like weapons, large signs, or outside alcohol will have to stay outside. It’s smart to leave oversized backpacks at home so you don’t get stuck juggling stuff at the door. Once you’re inside, concessions and merchandise stands are cashless so bring a card or mobile pay option. Doors usually open well before the event starts, giving you time to breeze through security and get to your seat. Checking the official policy before your visit makes sure you bring the right stuff and don’t delay at the entrance.
