Where is Coors Field and who plays there?

Coors Field is a baseball stadium in downtown Denver, Colorado, right at 2001 Blake Street in the Lower Downtown (LoDo) area. It’s the home ballpark of the Colorado Rockies, a Major League Baseball team that has played there since it opened in 1995. The park sits just a couple blocks from Denver Union Station and many bars, restaurants, and shops, making it super easy to explore before or after the game. Fans often walk to the stadium from nearby neighbourhoods because it’s one of the most walkable MLB parks in the country. Coors Field isn’t just for baseball though — it’s also used for big concerts and special events from time to time. Its urban location and lively surroundings make game days feel like a big city party. In spring and summer you’ll see lots of Rockies fans and visitors enjoying the local scene around the ballpark.
