What is the bag and security policy at Busch Stadium in St Louis?

Busch Stadium has a fairly strict bag and security policy to keep things safe and move lines quickly before entry. Guests are encouraged to limit bags, and the only permitted ones are small purses, wristlets, fanny packs, or single-pouch bags no bigger than about 8” x 10”, with exceptions for medical or diaper bags with a child. All bags and items are inspected at designated inspection lanes at the gates before you enter. You can bring most food and non-alcoholic drinks in factory-sealed clear plastic bottles (up to 2 liters), but alcohol, bottles, cans, and thermoses aren’t allowed in. Larger bags, backpacks, and other prohibited items like weapons or noisemakers will be turned away at the gate. Everyone also goes through metal detector screening on arrival as part of MLB’s safety program. Planning ahead with the right bag and knowing the rules will make your entry much easier.
