Sanford Stadium is right on the campus of the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, USA, at 100 Sanford Drive. It’s super central, so you can walk from lots of spots on campus or downtown Athens if you’re staying nearby. Most people drive in, especially for big games, but you can also use shuttles or local transit options on game day. If you’re planning to park, there are tons of lots around with different prices and walking distances, though the closer spots fill up first. Traffic around kickoff can be hectic, so lots of fans aim to arrive early to avoid the worst of it. Downtown Athens is just a short walk or ride from the stadium, which makes grabbing food or drinks before or after the game easy. You can also plan ahead by picking a good route in and out of town so you’re not stuck in post‑game jams for hours.
