Parking is a big part of the AT&T Stadium experience because almost everyone drives there — there’s no direct public transit to the venue. The stadium has about 12,000 official parking spaces across 15 numbered lots, plus nearly that many in nearby Globe Life Field lettered lots for big events. Parking usually opens up around five hours before Cowboys games, and most passes cost between about $25 and $40 on average, though prices go higher for premium spots or special events. It’s really smart to buy your parking pass ahead of time online since lots fill fast and prices are usually better in advance. For tours or daily visits on non‑event days, parking is often free in specific lots like Lot 6 and Lot 7. Tailgating is allowed in the grassy areas on designated lots if you get there early, and there are rideshare pickup/drop‑off zones too.
