What’s the deal with Camp Nou and can I visit it even though it’s being rebuilt?

Camp Nou, officially called Spotify Camp Nou, is FC Barcelona’s huge football stadium and host to tons of matches and tours. Right now it’s being renovated as part of the big “Espai Barça” project to make the stadium better with a roof, more modern tech, and room for over 105,000 fans. During these renovations, which started in 2023 and are expected to finish fully soon, parts of the old stadium were closed and the team played elsewhere for a while. Some sections have reopened in phases so visitors can still explore certain areas, including the museum and parts of the pitch. Tours are open, but access around the whole venue might be limited because of construction. Just keep in mind some areas might be closed or under construction when you go. Renovation progress is always changing so it’s smart to check current details before your trip.
