The Amalfi Coast is one of Italy’s most jaw‑dropping coastal regions, famous for its steep cliffs covered in pastel houses and stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea that feel straight out of a postcard. This UNESCO World Heritage coastline stretches from Sorrento to Salerno and includes iconic spots like Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello where every turn feels like a scenic photo op. The vibe here is all about soaking in that Italian dolce vita — gorgeous sunsets, lemon groves, and tiny village streets that hug the sea. Even if you’re not a huge traveler, the mix of dramatic landscapes and cliffside towns is hard to beat and draws millions of visitors every year. Keep in mind though, it’s also one of the pricier and busier places in Italy, especially in summer, so planning is key. But despite the crowds, most folks leave absolutely stunned and already dreaming of their next visit. It’s just one of those places that grabs you with its beauty and never really lets go.
