Davis Wade Stadium currently has a seating capacity of just over 60,000 fans, making it one of the larger venues in the Southeastern Conference. The stadium has grown over time with major expansions, especially in 2014 when the north end zone was filled in to add more seats. Big games regularly draw huge crowds, and fans often fill the stands early to get a good seat. The record attendance is even higher than capacity during some matchups. Capacity can vary slightly depending on how certain areas are configured for special events. Whether it’s a big rivalry like the Egg Bowl or a night game under the lights, the crowd size adds tons of atmosphere. Most fans say it feels loud and exciting, especially when the Bulldogs are playing well.
