Harry Reid International Airport, often called LAS, is one of the busiest airports in the United States and a major gateway to Las Vegas. It handles over 50 million passengers a year, so crowds are pretty common throughout the day. The airport is especially busy on weekends, holidays, and during big events in the city. Even with the high traffic, operations are usually smooth thanks to multiple terminals and checkpoints. Travellers should expect a lively atmosphere with lots of movement and activity. Lines can form at check-in and security, especially during peak hours. Overall, it’s a busy airport, but things are generally well organised if you plan ahead.
