Estadio BBVA was built between 2011 and 2015 and officially opened in August 2015. It replaced the older Estadio Tecnológico as the home of CF Monterrey. The club has played its home matches there ever since. The stadium was developed with modern standards and high-quality facilities. It quickly became one of the top football venues in the country. The team’s fans regularly fill the stadium during important matches. Today, it remains a key part of Monterrey’s sports culture.
