Most events at London Stadium go ahead even if the weather is bad. The stadium roof covers a large part of the seating area, which helps protect many fans from rain. However, some seats closer to the field or stage may still get wet during storms or windy weather. Outdoor walkways around Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park are also fully exposed to the weather. Fans attending concerts often bring lightweight rain jackets because London weather can change quickly. Severe weather delays are possible but cancellations are pretty rare. Checking the weather forecast before leaving home is always a good idea for outdoor stadium events.
