Will we see a comeback of supersonic passenger aircraft?

It is possible that we may see a comeback of supersonic passenger aircraft in the closest future! Supersonic aircraft are able to fly faster than the speed of sound, which allows them to cover long distances in a relatively short amount of time.
In the past, supersonic air travel was limited to military aircraft and a few commercial aircraft, such as the Concorde. However, the Concorde was retired in 2003 due to high operating costs and a number of other factors.
There are a number of companies and organizations that are currently working on developing supersonic passenger aircraft. Some of these projects are in the early stages of development, while others are further along. For example, Boom Supersonic is a company that is developing a supersonic passenger jet called the XB-1, which is expected to be able to fly at speeds of up to Mach 2.2 (around 1,688 mph).
It is difficult to predict when supersonic passenger aircraft will become a reality again, as it will depend on a number of factors such as technological advancements, economic viability, and regulatory issues. However, it is possible that we could see supersonic passenger aircraft in operation in the coming decades.
