Will Biden run for a second term as US president?

Nowadays it is likely that he will not: first, he is too old for re-election; second, the Afghanistan fiasco did a lot of damage to his re-election perspective.
Biden himself did not state he is about to run, but as for 2022, he is thinking about it.
There is still no final decision, but running for the second term will be a risky adventure for Biden, and he may repeat the path of Donald Trump, who failed to re-elect in 2020.
