Denver’s Regional Transportation District (RTD) runs buses and light rail throughout the city and suburbs. The A Line connects the airport to downtown in under 40 minutes. While not as comprehensive as transit systems in bigger cities, it covers key areas and is fairly reliable. Biking and scooters are also popular alternatives for getting around. For visitors, public transit is an easy and affordable way to explore without renting a car.
