What is Area 51?

Area 51 is a highly classified U.S. Air Force facility located in southern Nevada. Officially known as the Nevada Test and Training Range, it’s famous for its secretive nature and connection to classified military projects. The base has been used since the 1950s for testing experimental aircraft and weapons systems. Its intense secrecy has fueled many conspiracy theories about UFOs and extraterrestrial technology. Despite public fascination, the government only officially acknowledged its existence decades after it was established. Area 51 remains off-limits to civilians and heavily guarded.
