When will the Sagrada Familia be completed?

The Sagrada Familia has been under construction for over 140 years. Completion was originally projected for 2026 to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Gaudí’s death. However, construction has faced delays due to financial challenges, political events, and the COVID-19 pandemic. Modern technology, including 3D modeling and computer-aided design, has accelerated progress in recent years. Although an exact completion date remains uncertain, significant parts of the basilica are already open to the public. Visitors can experience the beauty even before it is fully finished.
