What makes the Rogers Centre different from other stadiums?

The big claim to fame is the fully retractable roof, which was the first of its kind when it opened in 1989. On a sunny day, the roof opens up so you feel like you’re outside, and on rainy or cold days, it closes and keeps the game going. It also has a hotel built into the stadium where some rooms have a direct view of the field.
