RFK’s capacity varied depending on the event, but for football it usually sat around 50,000 to 60,000 people. The seating was classic old-school concrete bowl style — not the cozy cushy seats you get in modern stadiums, but big, open, and functional. Sightlines could be hit or miss depending on where you sat; some spots felt pretty far from the action. Fans loved the raucous atmosphere during big matchups, though — the place could get loud. If you’re going for nostalgia more than comfort, RFK delivered.
