The building isn’t just offices—it’s a mix of everything. You’ve got luxury condos on the upper floors, businesses and offices below, a gym, shops, and even a cool indoor pool with killer views. The bottom floors have stores and restaurants connected to the Magnificent Mile. There’s also parking, an observation deck, and elevators that zip you up 94 floors in under 40 seconds. It’s basically a mini-city stacked into one tower. A lot of Chicagoans love living there just for the bragging rights and the skyline view.
