Walt Disney was born on December 5, 1901, in Chicago, Illinois. His family later moved to a farm in Missouri, where he developed a love for drawing. Walt spent his early years exploring nature and sketching animals. He showed talent from a young age and even sold small drawings to neighbours. These early experiences shaped his creative personality. Missouri remained an important memory for him throughout his life. It’s why many Disney park designs have that small-town American feel.
