The United Center sits at 1901 West Madison Street in Chicago, Illinois, right on the city’s West Side near the West Loop neighborhood. You can easily reach it by car, rideshare, or public transit thanks to a bunch of close CTA and bus connections that drop off within walking distance of the arena. Parking lots surround the venue and open a few hours before events, though they can fill up fast, especially for big Bulls or Blackhawks nights. Many fans take the #19 United Center Express bus on game days because it runs right to the arena and connects with trains from downtown. Walking or taking a train is a good option if you’re staying in downtown Chicago or the Loop. Since it’s in a pretty urban area, planning your route and giving yourself extra time before the event helps a lot. That way you’re not rushing to find parking or miss the start.
