What are the bag and security policies at UBS Arena?

UBS Arena has a security policy meant to keep everyone safe and moving through entry lines quickly, and it uses bag sizes and prohibited item rules just like other big arenas. Guests can bring bags no bigger than about 12″ x 12″ x 6″, and all bags are screened before entry, with medical or baby bags allowed after screening too. A long list of prohibited items includes weapons, outside food and drinks (with medical exceptions), professional photography and recording gear, coolers, and noisemakers, among others. The arena is smoke‑free, including e‑cigarettes, and you’ll find mobile ticket scanning lanes for faster entry. If you’re unsure about an item, check the arena’s official prohibited list before you go so you’re not turned away at the gate. A policies update is usually sent to ticket holders via email before the event with reminders about what you can and can’t bring. Arriving early helps you breeze through screening and get settled before the fun starts.
