Oakland Coliseum has been home to multiple professional teams over the years. The Oakland Athletics of Major League Baseball played there for decades. The Oakland Raiders of the NFL also called it home before relocating to Las Vegas. For a short time, the Golden State Warriors played basketball there as well. The stadium has hosted playoff games, championship moments, and major sporting events. It was one of the few venues used for both baseball and football. That multi-sport history makes it one of the more unique stadiums in the country.
