Work is expected to begin after the 2027 football season and finish by the start of the 2029 season. Season ticket holders are being informed about seat reseating options as part of this project, and fans will likely see new club spaces and upgraded facilities when it’s done. These changes aim to keep the stadium competitive with other top college venues and give fans a better game‑day vibe. Even with construction, the tradition and atmosphere at home games are still a huge draw for Sooners supporters.
