Vaught‑Hemingway Stadium is the iconic home football stadium for the University of Mississippi Rebels, usually called “The Vaught” by fans and locals in Oxford, Mississippi. It’s been around since 1915 and has been expanded and renovated many times, turning into one of the biggest and most electric college football venues in the SEC. The stadium sits right on the Ole Miss campus and is where Rebels fans pack in for every home game. Over the years it’s also hosted big concerts, tailgate parties, and more. With seating for over 64,000 people, it’s the largest sports venue in the entire state of Mississippi and a true center of game‑day culture. The field itself is called Hollingsworth Field, but most folks just refer to the whole place as Vaught‑Hemingway. On fall Saturdays you’ll feel the energy from early morning tailgates all the way through the fourth quarter.
