Reform UK has become much more popular since the 2024 general election. Polls in 2025 and 2026 have sometimes shown the party competing closely with Labour and the Conservatives. The party has gained support from voters who feel frustrated with traditional political parties. Nigel Farage’s media presence and campaigning style have helped keep the party in the news. Reform UK has also attracted former Conservative voters who are unhappy with government policies. In some local elections and by-elections, the party has performed better than many political experts expected. Even people who dislike the party admit it has become a major force in British politics.
