The aquarium and arcade areas are also popular, especially if you’re visiting with kids or just want something fun indoors. Boat tours to Alcatraz often leave from nearby, which makes it a good starting point for exploring the bay. You can also just walk along the edge and take in the sea views, which honestly never get old. Many people spend time taking photos because the scenery changes a lot with light and weather. It’s the kind of place where even simple walking around feels like an activity.
