Malbork Castle is a historic medieval fortress located in Malbork, Poland. It was built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Knights, a German Roman Catholic religious order. The castle is the largest brick fortress in the world and an outstanding example of Gothic military architecture. It served as the headquarters and residence of the Grand Master of the Teutonic Order. Today, Malbork Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Poland’s most visited tourist attractions.
