Seating capacity is in the neighborhood of about 2,600–2,900 depending on how the promoter configures the show, so it’s big enough for major acts but still intimate compared with arenas. The house has multiple levels (orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony) so sightlines are generally pretty good even up high, though some nights you’ll want to avoid extreme side seats for better views. The seats are fixed (not general admission) so you get actual assigned spots and a chance to plan where you want to sit. Expect a historic-theater layout rather than a modern sports-arena floor plan.
