How do I get around inside Bolivia?

Buses and overnight coaches are super budget-friendly and get you to most places, though some aren’t the comfiest and make few stops—prep ahead. In La Paz, checking out the amazing Mi Teleférico cable cars is a no-brainer for cool views and quick travel—plus, it links you up with El Alto easily. Renting a car gives you flexibility, but road rules are wild and driving can be chaotic, so stick with tour companies if you’re nervous. Trains are few and far between, though there’s one near Uyuni if you're curious. Overall, Bolivia’s transport scene is a mix of adventure and bargain.
