What language do people speak in Morocco?

Arabic is the official language, but Moroccan Arabic (Darija) has its own style and mixes. Amazigh (Berber) is also widely spoken, especially in rural areas. French is used a lot too, especially for business, signs, and menus. In tourist areas, you’ll find plenty of English speakers, so you won’t be totally lost. It’s a multilingual country, which makes it fun to pick up bits of each.
