Lake Issyk-Kul is a must-see, it’s huge and surrounded by mountains. The Ala-Archa National Park near Bishkek is great for day hikes with amazing views. Song-Kul Lake is another favorite, where you can stay in a yurt and hang out with nomadic families. The city of Osh is super old and has a lively bazaar worth checking out. Trekking in Karakol and the Tian Shan mountains is world-class. Honestly, the whole country is one giant outdoor playground.
