Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee, is one of those legendary places that every college football fan knows about. It’s home to the Tennessee Volunteers and easily one of the largest stadiums in the U.S., with crowds that can top 100,000. The orange and white checkerboard end zones are instantly recognizable, and the whole place shakes when the Vols score. It’s not just the size though — it’s the atmosphere, the pride, and the sea of fans wearing orange from head to toe. When “Rocky Top” starts blasting, you can feel the energy through your whole body. Game days there are part party, part tradition, and part pilgrimage for Tennessee fans. Even people who don’t follow college football admit that Neyland has an unmatched vibe.
