What should I know about parking and getting to Toyota Center?

Parking around Toyota Center is easy if you plan ahead, especially for big Rockets games or big concerts where downtown traffic gets busy. There’s a Toyota Tundra Garage right next to the arena with about 2,500 spaces, and it’s connected to the venue by a private sky bridge for some ticket holders. Beyond that garage, there are roughly 10,000 additional parking spots within a short walk of the arena in surface lots and nearby garages, giving you options at different price points. Most of the official garages and lots are cashless, so having a card or mobile payment ready makes entry faster. If you want cheaper or easier parking, apps that let people rent private driveways or spots near the center can be a good alternative — and some visitors find them much easier on game nights. Taking rideshare services or the local metro light rail is another popular choice to avoid dealing with traffic and parking altogether downtown.
