Prudential Center is at 25 Lafayette Street in Newark, NJ, right downtown and super close to public transit. The arena is just two blocks from Newark Penn Station, which makes it really easy to get there by NJ Transit, Amtrak, PATH trains, Newark Light Rail, or buses from around New Jersey, New York, and even Philadelphia. If you’re driving, there are over 3,500 parking spaces within about two blocks, plus private garages and lots you can reserve ahead of time to avoid the event‑night traffic. Ride‑share services like Uber and Lyft have designated drop‑off and pick‑up areas near the arena too, so you don’t have to stress about parking. Walking or taking transit is often fastest, especially on busy concert or Devils game nights. Since it’s downtown, you can also walk to nearby restaurants and bars before or after your event. Planning your route ahead of time makes the whole trip smoother.
